Shipping policy

I am based in the Bay Area in California, USA. Orders typically go out within 3-5 business days, and I usually drop off orders every friday. I pack and ship everything out myself, so I appreciate your patience!

U.S. orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks and international orders take 4-6 weeks. If your order does not arrive within the timeframe, please email me at hi@anniyell.com

To minimize shipping costs for smaller orders, I offer untracked shipping by request for orders containing stickers/photocards ONLY. Leave a note at checkout if you would like untracked shipping on your order and I will refund the extra shipping cost.
These orders are mailed in an envelope with a stamp. Any other types of products will be sent with a tracking number via USPS. Though I recommend getting tracked shipping to ensure that your package gets to you safely!

 

FOR UK/EU SHOPPERS:
I do not collect VAT fees/taxes at checkout. Any international orders going to the the UK/EU will need VAT to be paid once the package arrives in your country. Customers are responsible for any local customs fees. Please read this page for more info.
